Problme in hooks and non client area

Yes, I've noticed that as well.
Somehow the systray seems to be broken currently, it doesn't seem to
show any icons.

Try running --debugmsg +relay,+shell to find out more.
Systray support is to be found in dlls/shell32/systray.c
