from what I see:
- missing parts in ole. if you have the native ole DLLs handly, you 
could try to run them.
- on the missing .pkg files, I believe you checked those files existed 
on your disk, so it must be an unsupported format (maybe)
- the warning in commdlg should be harmless (unsupported features but 
shouldn't block the rest)

the OLE error seems the most likely to block here. short term issue : 
use native dlls
