"MS Shell Dlg" does not work on Japanese versions of Windows 9x.

Currently, It seems that "MS Shell Dlg" is mapped to "Tahoma" in wine.
(in tools/wine.inf)
So, I think we have to specify "MS UI Gothic" in Japanese resources to
prevent font corruptions.
