[10/10] [try 5] appwiz.cpl: Gather extra information for SupportInfo dialog

I'm just wondering if there's a reason this patch wasn't committed with the 
other appwiz patches? The patch applies cleanly to the current git master. 
If there's anything obviously wrong with it that I've not spotted, please do 
let me know so I can fix it.
