translation: meaning of 'magazine' in winerror string

The original Finnish text is something like this:
"The element belongs to a collection that does not exist."

The MS translations are full of mistakes too, so this isn't necessarily 
the right answer, but this certainly makes more sense than the 
"periodical publication".

The existing translations may very well be wrong in cases like this, as
