Problems about License Compatibility

Definitely *don't* take my opinion as expert legal advice, but this 
looks like the standard 3-clause BSD license:

I'm guessing you (and Wine) could use the code without problems, but I'd 
wait for some second opinions before submitting patches. I'm 
particularly unsure if LICENSE would only need the snip you included or 
this whole megillah:
