v2: Make [un]lock_surface() return back the d3d9 HRESULT, some small
cleanup.

In general, I'm not a fan of the todo_wine on its own line. I don't
see the problem in updating the ok() line when removing the todo_wine;
on the contrary I think leaving a trace in "git blame" can be helpful
sometimes.
