This does omit a few functions:

    - wined3d_decref()
    - wined3d_shader_decref()
    - wined3d_stateblock_decref()

That wouldn't necessarily be a problem, but it is something to be
aware of. Patch 2/3 in this series removes locking around
wined3d_shader_decref() in d3d11 though.
