Hi,

This should enable doc generation outside of the source tree, and
allow people to generate the documentaion just for the dll they are
working on, without hving to generate all of it..

So, after adding any new function documentation, please "make
doc-html" in the directory of the dll and check that the resulting
output is ok :-)
