[wined3d] pass active context in checkdepthstencilmatch

This patch prevents CheckDepthStencilMatch from causing problems if there is a
current active OpenGL context.

This prevents a exception in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
(http://www.fileplanet.com/131888/130000/fileinfo/Teenage-Mutant-Ninja-Turtles-Demo) and The
Incredibles
(http://download.thq.vpi.net/theincredibles/demos/pc_demo/pc_demo.zip)
