WineD3D8 Surface->wined3d 2/7

Hi,

The previous surface patch added new datatypes. In order to split Oliver his
work in small pieces I ported pieces of the surface code and had to make the
old d3d8 code compatible with the new wined3d surfaces. I guess roughly half
the lines of the total patch do this. (Most use the D3D8_SURFACE macro which
I introduced for the move) Other parts of the total patch redirect code to
wined3d.

This second patch contains all changes which had to be made in
cubetexture.c, the patch depends on the first patch and ALL 5 other patches
which I will send after this one. Sorry for the size of the total patch but
it couldn't be done in less code.
