WineD3D: Load wglGetProcAddress from opengl32.dll instead of gdi32.dll when USE_WIN32_OPENGL is defined [attempt2]

Hi,

This is an updated version of the patch. It appears that on windows 
wglGetProcAddress won't load core GL 1.1 functions, so use GetProcAddress for 
those functions instead.
