[3/5] WineD3D: Present does not clear the depth stencil

DirectDraw contains no tests because the d3d7 visual test is single buffered. 
DDraw flip sequences don't seem to be enforced properly, so we can't read 
back double buffered surfaces properly. But the motivation for this patch was 
a d3d7 game(Crimson Skies)
