[transl] Show alternating colors for rows in some tables

Hi,

(If applied should come after that series of 5).

This one changes the background colors of the row on the index page to 
group the languages in a more visual way as well.

On the lang page the table rows will have alternating colors as well 
(like the git web page).

I think it looks a bit better but that's a 100% subjective.
