[PATCH 1/5] quartz: Rather than assert, continue when IAsyncReader::WaitForNext is flushing and break when it actually times out.

    This patch modifies the behavior of PullPin::Thread::Process so
that when the IAsyncReader::WaitForNext routine returns VFW_E_TIMEOUT
due to flushing then an assertion will no-longer occur in
PullPin_Flush.  The patch is somewhat inspired by the work of Eduard -
Gabriel Munteanu's, originally submitted here:
