[PATCH 2/5] quartz: Samples should be freed when IAsyncReader::Request fails.

When IAsyncReader::Request fails the sample that is given to the
routine needs to be freed manually, otherwise these samples are
unavailable for future use and cause the audio processor to eventually
run out of samples (quickly in Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas).
