tools: add ocx to list of suffixes-to-remove in msvcmaker

Without this change, running tools/winapi/msvcmaker complains:

winetest.dswUse of uninitialized value $dir in substitution (s///) at
tools/winapi/msvcmaker line 1250.
Use of uninitialized value $dir in concatenation (.) or string at
tools/winapi/msvcmaker line 1253.

The warning happened while processing dlls/wshom.ocx.

I say 'fix' because I don't understand msvcmaker well enough to be
poking around in it,
so who knows if this is correct.
