[3/4] wineconsole: Send largest console window size and font size data to server

This patch does three things.
1. Sends the active font size to the server.
2. Calculates the largest possible console window size.
3. Sends the values calculated in (2) to the server.

Tested on Linux Mint 14 and Mac OS X Mountain Lion (via macports patches).
