[PATCH] uxtheme: Fix colour errors in UXTHEME_StretchBlt. (try 2)

I first sent this patch a number of weeks ago, but didn't get any response...
please let me know if there's something wrong with it. This changes the behaviour
of UXTHEME_StretchBlt so that it changes the mode to HALFTONE before drawing, which
greatly improves the quality of the stretch. Among other things, this fixes the
problem with the horizontal purple lines in the background of winecfg when you're
using XP's Luna theme.
