System Out of Memory or Hard Disk Space Error

I am trying to get a Loan Originating Software (LOS) called Genesis2000.
When I go to run the app it goes through a db and index file check for the
software startup and tries to start that portion and then throws an error of
Unable to continue.  The system is out of memory or it is out of hard disk
space.  Is there anything I can do or anything I can set to fix this issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
