Mouse Pointer ghosted white

New fresh Wine install from CVS, running Debian/KDE 3.1.2 and I find that the
mouse cursor, once it crosses into the notepad screen space, goes white with
no outline, instead of the standard look of my KDE, (small black pointer with
thin white outline. Makes it really hard to position the mouse in
whitespace. Is this default wine behavior? Don't we need a two colour mouse
pointer?
