Rights error

If no winver value works, it means the program check "something" in win to check
that it has permissions to install.
This may be a registry entry, or a return value from a function, or more or less
anything, and whatever it is isn't implemented in wine. Wine currently has no
security/permissions implementation, but there are plans to implement this
stuff. Maybe your program will work when this is done.
