I tried the Arts drivers in wine. Music worked OK with some games, not 
others. Sound effects didn't work at all. I also tried Wine's ALSA 
support. Some sounds worked, but with a long delay between the action 
and the sound. Wine seems to have better OSS support than Arts or ALSA. 
ALSA's drivers for the Intel8x0 seem to have very poor OSS support.
