[Wine] Wine 0.9 with installation of Windows XP on other partition?

Hi

is it possible and yes how do I have to configure Wine to do it, to run 
the applications on existing Windows XP Professional partition? I am 
especially asking concerning Delphi 7, which would take me about a day 
to install on the Linux partition.
