There is nothing in that tab that sets the DPI reported to clients. 
There is the setting for a virtual desktop, but that has nothing to do 
with the problem.

The problem, to restate it, is that Windows apps are using *itty bitty 
teeny tiny fonts* for everything, which is a problem on my 1600x1200 
display.
