I'm not having any problems with v1.11 LOD on 0.9.16 on Mandriva 2006
using Nvidia 81.78 on GeForce 6600 GT.  If you are using a more recent
version of the Nvidia drivers, note that there is a bug where the
driver does not correctly detect the usable video modes of the monitor.
 If your driver has this problem then Diablo II may generate this
message because X.org won't let Wine change modes.  Run the K Resize
and Rotate applet (or anything that lists available modes) and see if
640x480 and 800x600 are available.
