[Wine] 9.17RPM in Mandrake 10.1CE problem

[kicking]

have run wine before on this unit, uninstalled via rpm remove

installed the rpms from wine (for Mandrake/Mandriva)

typed wine prefixcreate and get

wine: creating configuration directory '/home/user1/.wine'...
cp: cannot stat `/usr/bin/../local/share/wine/wine.inf': No such file
or directory
wine: wineprefixcreate failed while creating '/home/user1/.wine'
