[Wine] How to solve this link error

Hi all,

I am integrating the "micro monitor" for our board(PXA270) and working
with WinCe. Here the error is "BUILD: [01:0000000035:ERRORE]
fulllibc.lib(fputwc.obj) : error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol
LeaveCriticalSection referenced in function fputwc"  Even I am not
using " Leave Critical Section" it is giving error and there are lot of
errors of this type.
