[Wine] Bug in WINE: Is there a chance that Crossover is free of that bug?

I use Kubuntu 6.10 with Wine 0.9.32.
I installed Dreamweaver 8.

Because of Bug

Dreamweaver is de facto unusable under Wine because an essential
function doesn't work:
Pasting into the design view from clipboard is impossible.

My question:
Is Crossover "technically" identic to Wine?
Is there a chance that Crossover will not have a bug, which Wine has?
