[Wine] .9.48 cannot find cups printer?

All, wine .9.48 cannot find cups printer:

fixme:x11drv:X11DRV_GetDeviceCaps (0x30c): CAPS1 is unimplemented, will 
return 0

This worked in .9.40. Is this bug or has there been a config change?
