You'll have to drill down to "D:\\setup\\yourlanguage\\SETUP.EXE" (and replace D: with your Wine CD-Rom mapping and yourlanguage with the language you wish Setup to use) and Wine that instead, the Autorun and Setup on the root of the game CD will not work.
