A virtual machine is not a good way to test anything that requires graphics as the video card reported to the virtual machine OS is a generic S3 (really old) video chip and does not support any 3D rendering and limited 2D support (Hence your "2d access=0" error message).

Virtual Machines are really only good for office apps and anything that doesn't require hardware access (Games are off the list).
