[Wine] Ubuntu Wine build parameters

Scott Ritchie or anyone who knows,

What compiler version and build parameters are being used for the Ubuntu 9.04 Scott Ritchie Wine package(s) ?  I have used both gcc 4.1 and 4.3.3 and neither build behaves the same as the Scott Ritchie one, meaning various program crashes that I get vary depending on all of the above, and I am trying to figure out why.
