[Wine] Wine 64 bits relying on 32 bit opengl implementation

Because of a gentoo bug : http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=290153, 32-bit OpenGL games are running with software rendering, whereas 64-bit runs with hardware rendering.

Of course, fixing this bug would greatly improve wine support, but ... is it normal that 64-bit wine makes use of 32-bit drivers ?
