[Wine] Wine Halts on 2nd CD install

If you do not have other applications installed in wine, do this
before trying again:

Also: Check that you have the latest Wine version (although 1.1.28 is
probably a better idea that 1.1.29 currently, due to a bug in 1.1.29)
/ graphics driver. (See download page) Zero hour has an issue with the
mouse cursor in 1.0.1 which is fixed by later versions. (See appdb
pages for more info...)
