[Wine] tried subscription many times, don't get in

Today, I registered again and again but could not log in after all.

I have several mails from you confirming my registration, but your system
does not recognize my username nor password

username rokus, I changed the password given by you in the first mail, that
change was confirmed, but after logging out of the subscription management
screen, I cannot get in anymore
