The wow64 Wine is capable of creating and using 32-bit and 64-bit prefixes. So it's possible this will work with Wine as it is installed now if you just create a 32-bit prefix. You should be able to do this by removing ~/.wine (or setting WINEPREFIX to something else) and running wine with WINEARCH=win32.
