If chown works on NTFS... (I would hope that it is implemented in
NTFS-3G, using the pre-XP POSIX support / SUA / SFU's method for
storing the info, since it is a basic feature for using NTFS under
*nix..) If it is not supported, there should be some mount options to
control the owner that shows up on the partition, see mount and
NTFS-3G documentation
