[Wine] e-sword and other serious applications via wine

As a follow-up to my prior post on this topic, here is a hint that Rick Meyers 
(author of e-sword) gave me regarding the problem with running it using Wine.

> A component needed for the Downloader control is missing as the object is
> not displayed on the Downloader window.  I know it works fine under
> CrossOver, so you just need to figure out was is missing.
