talk proposal: wine mono development

I am proposing a talk about Wine Mono.

Instead of providing an overview of how Wine and Mono work together
and Mono's status as a .NET replacement, as I've done before, I'd like
to give an introduction to Mono development in the context of Wine. I
will demonstrate some of the tools I commonly use to debug .NET
applications with wine-mono, and how to use modified builds of Mono in
Wine.
