No. Installer is MSI (and maybe and InstallShield).

But there is another Group of wine-developers working on
"get copy protected apps working with wine"

safedisk1 is working in there private wine-tree and since last week,
patches started to go into the official wine-cvs-tree.

It's a huge amount of work in the background to load the drivers.

It will take a while...
