It's not your fault.  There are some apps that wine just doesn't
install well yet.
MS Money seems to be one of them.

One used to be able to use native msi to work around some
problems of this sort, but I don't know if it would work here,
or if you can still do that at all.

BTW, this looks kind of like the same error one gets when
installing the Money 2007 trial:

but that might just be a superficial similarity.
