[PATCH 0/1] MR5547: msvcrt: Implement _mbsncpy_s[_l]().

ucrtbase._mbsncpy_s is used by Marvel vs Capcom when trying to create multiplayer lobby. The functions are also present in msvcrt (unlike msvcr70, msvcr71) where I didn't add it because it behaves differently: there is at least one weirdness when it doubles the number of characters to copy ('n' parameter, not buffer size). [PATCH 0/2] MR5546: user32/tests: Add a flag for messages sent incorrectly on Wine.

I'm likely to add some of these while working on MSAA events, which aren't related to the MSAA events but are caused by other differences in Wine. I thought it'd be better to be able to properly mark todo's, so that we know when they're fixed. This revealed some cases where we have an "optional" message for Wine, but Wine has since been fixed.
