Yeah, after reading the logs I think LoL/FMOD has problems finding and loading
an audio file.
It stalls for some time and then loads a failsafe.

The interesting thing is: Even though my LoL locale was set to en_GB (I play in
EUW) the only *.fev file in my installation was en_US. So a I changed the
locale (in RADS/system/locale.cfg) to en_US.

My next attachement will contain a log with en_US.
