I made some additional testing. Windows programs with native OpenGL (no directx
conversion, tested with Cinebench) also do work as expected with the MacDriver
(using the renderer of the display they are launched on).
Doesn't this indicate it's an D3D related issue, rather than a MacDriver
related one?
