Indeed, I'm aware of that. Effectively, there are two versions of the 
control panel in the shell of course, the namespace version and the built-in 
simple version. The latter didn't check the registry for control panels - 
I've just implemented such a check, which will fix this bug. I'll submit a 
patch shortly.
