vkd3d question

Hello wine-devel,

I'm curious as to why  you decided to put vkd3d into a separate repo
instead of the main wine repo. After all and AFAIK, it's the first dlls to get
such a special treatment. How comes?

I was wondering for a while now, and I've probably just missed it, mind
giving me a short explanation or link to one?
