Failing vkd3d tests/d3d12

Yes, it's 1.2. Could we have a new release in such case? Distros are
usually more happy to package release than a "random" git commit.

I'll see if I can use vkd3d from master, I guess it'll require me to
compile vkd3d and then also recopmile wine. I'll see if I can manage
that.
