[3/3] wined3d: Track depth stencil location per-surface

This patch gets rid of depth_copy_state in the device, and instead
tracks the most up to date location per-surface. This makes things a
lot easier to follow, and allows us to make a copy when switching
depth stencils in SetDepthStencilSurface(). I've kept this patch in my
own tree for quite a while, and am pretty sure it's correct, but
despite that it's somewhat invasive and there's a decent chance it
will expose other bugs related to depth stencil handling.
