[Wine]Application Associations

After reading the last couple of emails about winecfg. I was wondering if the 
was another tool that allowed me to set application associations. For example 
if I am in Notes and have a DOC file as an attachment I would like to be able 
to "Open" the file, but I would like it to open using OpenOffice 1.9 for 
Linux and not MS Word. Is there a GUI to set this, and if not is the a doc 
file that explains how to set this up.
